Emmitsburg Osteopathic Office, Emmitsburg, MDICDC will provide interior renovation services to expand the Osteopathic Center by an additional 2,700 sf. The work will consist of interior demolition and salvaging of the existing log construction from circa 1860- foundation underpinning- and structural foundation support framing to accommodate the new 2-story addition. The interior renovation will include new wall framing and roof/joist supports, metal roofing, new interior offices and exam rooms, plumbing, mechanical and electrical upgrades as well as ADA accessibility upgrades utilizing a new interior lift.
