Firestone Autocare - Pittsburgh & Johnstown, Pennsylvania

	ICDC provided construction management services for these new autocare facilities in Pittsburgh and Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Each project consisted of an 8,000 s.f. masonry and structural steel building, with a new state-of-the-art service center, customer service, and equipment storage area. With the western Pennsylvania geological conditions, the site work schedule made blasting and site excavation a difficult process. While working long daily schedules and weekends, the site trades were able to maintain the initial schedule and deadline. Despite the winter schedule, both projects were completed in 5 1/2 months - almost 2 weeks ahead of the owner's expectations.
